We are waiting for you As an AI Data Engineer, your skills and qualifications will ideally include: - 4–8 years of hands‑on experience in data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or applied data science with strong software engineering discipline. - Expert‑level Python—you write clean, maintainable, production‑ready code (not just Jupyter notebooks). - Advanced SQL and deep familiarity with modern data stack tools: dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar. - Strong ability to scope ambiguity, drive projects from 0 → 1, and iterate based on real‑world feedback. - Passion for the AI frontier—you actively explore new research, tools, and architectures, and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. Nice‑to‑Have - Developed agentic AI systems using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) to automate complex workflows. - Hands‑on experience with NLP, large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and the modern AI stack (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, Langfuse). - Familiarity with MLOps practices, model monitoring, and prompt engineering. - Full‑stack development experience (e.g., React, FastAPI) for building internal AI tools.
