Apply now TLNT1_CH Your main tasks - Ensure the physical and telephone reception of our guests - Organise appointment bookings for treatments, massages, cures, packages, personal training sessions, etc., in order to optimise the therapists' working time and promote the diversity of the services offered - Manage the billing of spa services - Promote spa treatments and products and provide our guests with professional advice - Consistently optimise guest satisfaction - Promote the various services of the hotel and of the Michel Reybier Hospitality group - Apply the quality standards of the hotel and of the Leading Hotels of the World Your profile - You hold a diploma from a hotel management school / EFZ as a hotel specialist / BTS in Hospitality. - You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, acquired specifically in a spa within the luxury hotel sector. - You are bilingual in French / English; an additional language is an advantage. - Excellent computer skills are essential. - Knowledge of Spabooker is an advantage.
