Hauptaufgaben des Verantwortungsbereiches:

  • Ständige Beobachtung des Marktes (field und desk research) zur Erstellung von Marktanalysen
  • Brand Management im Bereich Cookware und Kitchenware der Marke Tefal und Emsa
  • Empfehlungen dank GFK-Zahlen in den einzelnen Kategorien
  • Produktpositionierung und Sortimentsaufbau sowie laufende Optimierung der Produkte, gestützt durch Marktanalysen
  • Sortimentsberechtigung der Produkte inklusive Beobachtung des Portfolios
  • Mitarbeit der Marketing-Kommunikationspläne und an der Budget- und Forecastplanung sowie der ständigen Kontrolle hinsichtlich Abweichungen
  • Unterstützung der Localisation Specialists und Vertriebsteams bei der Vorbereitung der Markteinführung neuer Produkte
  • Planung, Entwicklung und Durchführung von Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Promoter/innen
    • Produktbezogen
    • Kundenbezogen (in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Key Account Management)
    • Planung und Mitgestaltung von Sales Events Bsp. Kundenanlass, Messen

 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Bachelor-Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und Kommunikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Produkt-Management, Digital Marketing und Vertriebserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Product Life Cycle Management
  • Analytisches, konzeptionelles Denken und Handeln
  • MS-Office Paket, SAP R/3
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
