YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor specializing in luxury brands such as Chanel, La Mer, Guerlain and Clinique to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized beauty consultations, exceptional customer service, and promoting our exclusive range of luxury beauty products. You are service-orientated and friendly with a fresh and welcoming approach to assist our international customers during their shopping experience. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage in a confident, professional and competent manner.

Please note that we can only consider applicants who are either eligible to work in Switzerland or hold the relevant work permit.

Wir suchen einen leidenschaftlichen Beauty Advisor, der sich auf Luxusmarken wie Chanel, La Mer, Guerlain und Clinique spezialisiert hat, um unser Team zu verstärken. Als Beauty Advisor sind Sie verantwortlich für persönliche Schönheitsberatungen, aussergewöhnlichen Kundenservice und die Förderung unseres exklusiven Sortiments an Luxus-Schönheitsprodukten. Sie sind serviceorientiert und freundlich mit einem frischen und einladenden Ansatz, um unsere internationalen Kunden während ihres Einkaufserlebnisses zu unterstützen. Dank Ihrer starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten können Sie selbstbewusst, professionell und kompetent agieren.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nur Bewerber berücksichtigen können, die entweder in der Schweiz arbeiten dürfen oder über die entsprechende Arbeitserlaubnis verfügen.

 

 SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES:

• Speak fluent English and German

• Have at least 2 year work experience perfume & cosmetics retail or have worked in cosmetic industry as beauty expert/ advisor before

• Ideally have a completed apprenticeship in the field of cosmetics and/or a completed apprenticeship in the cosmetics & perfume retail sector

• Have previous experience with cash registers

• Are open to flexible working hours (irregular between 5:00 – 23:00) including weekend and public holidays

• Are reliable, positive team players in a fast-paced and multi-national environment

• Always ensure a clean and well-maintained appearance

 

ERFOLGREICHE BEWERBER:

• Sprechen fliessend Englisch und Deutsch

• Haben mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Parfüm- und Kosmetikeinzelhandel oder haben zuvor in der Kosmetikindustrie als Schönheitsexperte / -berater gearbeitet

• Haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kosmetik und/oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandelbereich Kosmetik & Parfüm

• Haben zusätzliche Erfahrungen an der Kasse gesammelt

• Sind zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten einsetzbar (unregelmässig zwischen 5:00-23:00) auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen

• Sind zuverlässige und positive Teamkollegen in einem schnelllebigen und multikulturellen Umfeld

• Achten stets auf ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild als Gastgeber
