  • Être le point de contact pour toutes les demandes et questions relatives aux environnements de test
  • Donner des lignes directrices et en communiquant les bonnes pratiques aux équipes pour une meilleure utilisation des environnements de test de manière cohérente et orientés vers la qualité
  • Coordonner la préparation de l'environnement pour les projets majeurs, la correction des incidents et les petites améliorations
  • Coordonner les développements (support à la compréhension du volet fonctionnel, suivi du planning et des coûts) et communication de l'état d'avancement auprès des parties prenantes et le soutenir
  • Planifier, évaluer et participer aux activités de préparation globale des environnements de test ainsi que suivre les activités de support

 

Pour notre excellence professionnelle, vous apporterez

  • 8 à 10 ans d'expérience minimale dans l'exploitation de systèmes d'information dans le domaine de la banque privée
  • Diplôme d'études supérieures en informatique (Ecole d'Ingénieurs / HES / Master ou équivalent)
  • Expérience dans la coordination et le support d'environnements de test
  • Expérience en société de services informatiques souhaitée
  • Compétences techniques :
    • Maitrise de l’environnement UNIX et des scripts
    • Base de données (PL/SQL, Sybase central...)
    • Outils de gestion des services (BMC Remedy)
    • Outils de monitoring (Jira)
  • Langue maternelle française et maîtrise de l'anglais B2/ C1 (écrit/oral) obligatoire
  • Nationalité suisse ou européenne
  • Sens du service et de l'engagement
  • Capacité à s’intégrer, à travailler en équipe, à collaborer et à fédérer des équipes
