Sie leiten die operativen Aktivitäten der Ihnen zugewiesenen Produktionsprojekte, sind für deren Leistung und Ergebnisse verantwortlich und führen ein interdisziplinäres Team von Führungskräften, Supervisoren und Spezialisten.

Ihr Auftrag:
* Sie leiten multidisziplinäre Projektteams als Functional Lead für alle Herstellungsaspekte der zugewiesenen Produkte.
* Sie sind verantwortlich für die termingerechte, qualitäts- und kostenoptimierte Produktion der zugewiesenen Produkte unter Einhaltung der einschlägigen Gesetze, Vorschriften und Richtlinien in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Qualität, Regulierung, Hygiene und Umwelt.
* Sie sind verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Risikoanalysen für die zugewiesenen Produkte sowie für die Umsetzung und Kontrolle der festgelegten Maßnahmen.
* Sie sind verantwortlich für die Dokumentation der Prozesse und des Prozess-Know-hows mit den entsprechenden Berichten gemäß den anlagen- oder produktspezifischen Anforderungen.
* Sie sind verantwortlich für die Kostenkalkulation zur Planung der Produktion.
* Umsetzung des Standes der Technik und der regulatorischen Anforderungen (GMP) in den entsprechenden Anlagen und Produkten.
* Verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der entsprechenden Produkte, Anlagen und Verfahren unter Berücksichtigung der etablierten Methoden der Operational Excellence.
* Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Produktionsbereich in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten, Effizienz und Sicherheit.
* Verantwortlich für die Schulung des Bedienpersonals für die Herstellung der zugewiesenen Produkte.
* Unterstützung des Werksleiters (Produktionsleiter, Anlageteamleiter) und des Fertigungsleiters bei Schulungs- und Planungsaufgaben.
* Repräsentieren der Produktionseinheit des Unternehmens bei Kundenaudits und -besuchen.
* Durchführung von Innovations- und Verbesserungsprojekten, die allgemeine Fertigungsaspekte für die Produktionsanlage umfassen.
* Sicherstellung eines hohen Niveaus der technischen und verfahrenstechnischen Standardisierung innerhalb der Produktionsanlage.

Ihr Hintergrund:
* Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Produktion und Chemie, vorzugsweise in einer GMP-Umgebung.
* Sprachkenntnisse: fließendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch (obligatorisch), sehr kommunikativ.
* Fachkenntnisse in Chemie und Verfahrenstechnik sowie Grundkenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaft.
* Als Teamplayer sind Sie es gewohnt, selbstständig und flexibel zu arbeiten.

On behalf of our client, a leading international biotechnology company based in Visp, Swisslinx is looking for a German-speaking "Manager - Manufacturing Projects - Chemistry". If this is you, you will manage the operational activities of assigned manufacturing projects, be responsible for their performance and results, and lead an interdisciplinary team of leaders, supervisors, and specialists.

Contract type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Visp, Canton Wallis
Workload: 100%
Duration: 7 months (with possible extension)

Your mission:
* Lead multi-disciplinary project teams as Functional Lead for all manufacturing aspects of assigned products.
* Be responsible for timely, quality and cost-optimised production of the assigned products, in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding safety, quality, regulation, hygiene, and the environment.
* Be responsible to prepare and execute risk analysis for the assigned products and the implementation and control of defined measures.
* Be responsible for the documentation of the processes and process Know-How with the corresponding reports according to the asset- or product specific requirements.
* Be responsible for cost calculation to plan the production.
* Implement state of the art regulatory requirements (GMP) in corresponding assets and products.
* Be responsible for continuous improvement in related products, assets and procedures taking the established operational excellence methods into account.
* Drive continuous improvement in production area for quality, cost, efficiency, and safety.
* Be responsible for training of the operators for the manufacturing of the assigned products.
* Support Plant Manager (Produktionsleiter, Anlageteamleiter) and Head Manufacturing Staff in training and planning tasks.
* Represent the company's Manufacturing unit during customer audits and visits.
* Execute innovation and improvement projects comprising general manufacturing aspects for the production plant.
* Ensure a high level of technical and process standardization within the production plant.

Your background:
* 5+ years experience in production and chemistry, preferably in a GMP environment.
* Language skills: fluent German and good English (mandatory), and highly communicative.
* Specialist knowledge in chemistry and process engineering, as well as basic knowledge of business administration.
* As a team player, you are used to working independently and flexibly.
