Cybersecurity job

Dans le cadre de notre initiative visant à consolider notre équipe de sécurité dans le secteur bancaire, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de plusieurs collaborateurs qualifiés. Responsabilités :

  • Concevoir, développer et déployer des solutions de sécurité sur mesure pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l'organisation, tout en tenant compte des contraintes opérationnelles et des exigences de conformité.
  • Surveiller de manière proactive les systèmes de sécurité et les réseaux pour détecter les incidents en temps réel, en se basant sur les indicateurs de compromission (IOC) et les techniques d'attaque courantes.
  • Participer à l'élaboration de l'architecture de sécurité des systèmes et des réseaux, en intégrant les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie pour garantir la résilience contre les menaces émergentes.
  • Analyser les menaces et les vulnérabilités émergentes, en effectuant des évaluations de sécurité et des tests de pénétration pour identifier les faiblesses potentielles des infrastructures et renforcer la sécurité de manière proactive.
  • Conseiller les équipes de projet sur les enjeux de sécurité et garantir l'application des normes et principes de cybersécurité.
  • Évaluer et recommander des solutions de cybersécurité pour garantir la disponibilité, la confidentialité et l'intégrité des systèmes d'information tout au long de leur cycle de vie.
  • Améliorer les mesures techniques, organisationnelles et les processus pour renforcer la capacité de détection des menaces et des incidents.
  • Soutenir le responsable de la sécurité de l'information dans la conception et la mise en œuvre des normes de cybersécurité conformes à la politique globale de sécurité.
  • Contribuer à la veille technologique et réglementaire en matière de cybersécurité.
  • Développer et entretenir les compétences spécifiques à la cybersécurité.

 

Profil recherché :

  • Formation supérieure en sécurité de l'information ou équivalent (par ex. certification CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM).
  • Expertise technique de plus de 4 ans dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur bancaire ou dans un environnement similaire.
  • Maîtrise des compétences en WAF (Web Application Firewall), Tenable Nessus, Palo Alto, XSOAR.
  • Une expérience en gestion de projet et management d'équipe est un atout.
  • Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de sécurité, notamment en matière de gestion des incidents et de réponse aux incidents.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression et à gérer les situations critiques, en faisant preuve de réactivité et de pragmatisme dans la résolution des problèmes.
  • Certifications appréciées : CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project).
