Project Manager

Pour nous aider à structurer le processus de développement et de mise en place de nos solutions informatiques, à assurer la progression des projets en planifiant et en coordonnant les ressources et à assurer la qualité des livrables.
Responsabilités :
- Piloter et coordonner la mise en place de nouvelles solutions IT en interne (projet, informatique, formation, tests & qualité)
- Piloter et coordonner l’amélioration continue des solutions IT selon les retours utilisateurs (change management, priorisation, planification)
- Structurer, formaliser et appliquer les processus de développement et documentation.
- Garantir la qualité et la conformité des livrables
- Coordonner les tâches entre les différentes équipes impliquées
- Assurer la communication et le reporting régulier à la direction
- Mettre en place et animer des processus de coordination et de gestion de projet
- Participer à la sélection et à la priorisation des projets en lien avec la stratégie de l’entreprise
Compétences et Qualifications
- Diplôme en informatique, en gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe
- Expérience significative en gestion et planification de projets de développement informatique
- Capacité à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (par ex. MS Project, JIRA)
- Connaissance des méthodologies PMBOK
