Office Manager (H/F)

    Description du poste:

  • Organisation et gestion générale de la clinique (gestion des agendas, gestion d’équipe), en collaboration avec le CEO du cabinet dentaire;

  • Gestion administrative de la clinique (approvisionnement, facturation, réception);

  • Suivi complet des dossiers médicaux des patients : création, mise à jour, archivage;

  • Saisie des courriers médicaux, des comptes-rendus de consultation et examens médicaux;

  • Gestion et hygiène du cabinet.

Votre profil :

  • CFC d’assistant.e dentaire avec radiologie et autorisation de pratiquer sur le canton du Valais;

  • Expérience en qualité d’assistant.e dentaire diplômé.e de minimum 3 ans;

  • Expérience et attrait pour les tâches administratives;

  • Apte à travailler en équipe, orienté(e) solution, polyvalent(e) et sens des priorités;

  • Excellentes capacités d’organisation et bonne gestion du stress;

  • Très bonne maîtrise de la terminologie médicale, l'orthographe et l'expression écrite et orale;

  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et à l'aise avec les outils digitaux;

  • Parfaite maîtrise du français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
