Au sein du département Manufacturing Engineering, vous serez amené/e à mener des actions d'amélioration des procédés de fabrication existants et à prendre en charge les différents projets et demandes d'intervention liées aux Manufacturing Process.

Description
Au sein du département Manufacturing Engineering, vous serez amené/e à mener des actions d'amélioration des procédés de fabrication existants et à prendre en charge les différents projets et demandes d'intervention liées aux Manufacturing Process.
Optimisation des procédés et méthodes / Implémentation de nouveaux process
- Support aux départements Opérations : Prendre en charge les demandes d'interventions confiées (Analyse de cause (6M) / Plan d'actions / Plan de levées de risques / Implémentation (Actions correctives, curatives) / Piloter les CAPA / Rédaction des rapports d'analyses et rapports d'essais)
- Mener des études d'amélioration continue à court et moyen terme, dans une perspective de réduction des coûts. Piloter l'implémentation des changements selon les procédures internes
- Définir et rédiger le cahier des charges (URS) des nouveaux équipements. Piloter le travail d'intervenants externes
- Prendre en charge de la qualification d'équipements, dont la rédaction des protocoles et rapports (IQ/ OQ/ PQ)
- Création des PFMEA (Manufacturing Product et Process)
- Rédiger les documents nécessaires aux procédés (Instruction de travail / Spécification de fabrication)
- Assurer la formation des opérateurs
- Dans le cadre desNewProduct &NewMarket Introduction, définir les flux et moyens de production adéquats :
- Gérer la création et modifications des gammes opératoires et nomenclatures de nos produits
- Gérer la rédaction, modifications et validation des Manufacturing Product FMEA, Manufacturing Flowchart et Product-Process Validation Plan-Report
- Piloter les series 0
- Piloter les actions de validation
- Répondre aux demandes des Notified Bodies, en tant que Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Proposer, développer et mettre au point de nouveaux process et les documenter selon les exigences réglementaires
- Prendre en charge la conception de posages.
Profile
- Formation d'ingénieur/e (HES en mécanique / microtechniques) ou formation équivalente
- Expérience préalable réussie dans un poste similaire (département Méthode / Process).
- Connaissances en gestion de projet et qualification d'équipements
- Très bonnes connaissances du français et de l'anglais (Rédaction de protocoles et rapports, échanges avec fournisseurs et sous-traitants)
- ERP (ProConcept) et Solidworks, un atout
- Autonome et excellent/e communicant/e (reporting, plan d'actions)
