Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Du verantwortest regulatorische Fragestellungen rund um Energie und verfolgst die politische und regulatorische Entwicklung
  • Aus deinen Analysen leitest du Handlungsempfehlungen ab, erstellst Risikobewertungen, unterstützt die Strategiedefinition von WWZ und berätst das Management
  • Du erstellst Stellungsnahmen zuhanden des Regulators und des Preisüberwachers und vertrittst WWZ in regulatorischen Themen nach aussen.
  • Du verantwortest die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Veröffentlichungs- und Mitteilungsverpflichtungen sowie die zentrale Dokumentation von Anfragen, Stellungsnahmen etc.
  • Als Fachperson für alle regulatorischen Anfragen berätst und informierst du interne Stakeholder
  • Du unterstützt den Compliance-Verantwortlichen der WWZ-Gruppe bei Compliance-Themen, namentlich im Datenschutzrecht, Kartellrecht und bei Corporate Governance Themen
  • Du arbeitest auf Augenhöhe mit Abteilungen wie dem Produktmanagement, der Energiewirtschaft oder dem Marketing
  • Bei Interesse besteht eine Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeit in Richtung allgemeines Unternehmensrecht

  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Geschick und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln
  • Zahlen und Statistiken schlagen dich nicht gleich in die Flucht. Die Arbeit erfordert eine regelmässige Auseinandersetzung mit grossen Datensätzen.
  • Technisches Grundverständnis rund um Energiethemen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Energiebranche, idealerweise im Umfeld regulierter Elektrizität
  • Im Idealfall Erfahrung mit der Gesetzgebung in der Energieversorgung, zwingend ein grosses Interesse, sich darin Fachwissen anzueignen
  • Prägnante, stilsichere Schriftweise
  • Unternehmerische Denk- und Handlungsweise mit ausgeprägtem Prozessverständnis und hohem Gestaltungswillen
