MarTech-Spezialist & Business Developer IHRE AUFGABEN- Prüfen, Erkennen und Schaffen von neuen Geschäftsfeldern und Geschäftsmodellen entlang unserer Customer Journey
- Unterstützen des weiteren Unternehmenswachstum mittels Tools, Analysen, Messgrössen, Prozessen, Kulturthemen, Organisation und Kommunikation
- Weiterentwicklung von KPI und deren Messung anhand der Unternehmensstrategie
- Prüfen, Erkennen und Schaffen von Schnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen Systemen (on Office CRM / Hubspot / Wordpress-Website)
- Kontinuierliche Stärkung und Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Bereichen Operation, Marketing, Akquise und Verkauf
- Schnittstellenmanagement der GL-Bereiche Operations/Marketing, Akquise und Verkauf
- Mithilfe beim Aufbau eines internen Mitarbeitertrainingsprogramms
- Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, IT o.ä. und Erfahrung in der Optimierung und konzeptionellen Überprüfung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle, vorzugsweise im Immobilienbereich
- Bereitschaft und Interesse, sich tief in die einzelnen Bereiche, Prozesse und die Unternehmenskultur einzuarbeiten
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Fähigkeit, schwierige Themen situationsgerecht, analytisch und vorurteilsfrei anzusprechen
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Marketing-Automatisierung und CRM-Systemen, insbesondere HubSpot, grosses Interesse an neuen Technologien
- Fähigkeit, Best Practices und Benchmarks auch außerhalb der Branche zu evaluieren und anzubringen
