What You’ll Do

• Provide advice on Indirect Taxes related to supply chain questions, specific transactions, and standard business models.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of Swiss and foreign VAT returns, including EC Sales Lists and Intrastat declarations.
• Maintain and set tax determinations in the SAP ERP system for all company operations.
• Review and support international trade and business setups, including VAT registrations abroad and EU VAT transactions.
• Assist in implementing Tax Digitalization projects, such as SAF-T, e-invoicing, and e-archiving.
• Support and advise stakeholders on day-to-day VAT questions and issues primarily related to Switzerland and the EU.

 Your Profile:

• 1-2 years of experience in Indirect Tax.
• Solid understanding of CH and EU VAT, both theoretical and practical.
• Strong finance and accounting skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• A hands-on attitude, result-driven mindset, and eagerness to learn about VAT and SAP.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
