Description :

Vous travaillerez en lien direct avec la responsable communication, ainsi qu’avec la Direction afin de :

  • Renforcer la visibilité et l’image institutionnelle, principalement sur le versant digital;
  • Traduire les objectifs de communication en actions et en exécuter la réalisation;
  • Créer des contenus variés (réseaux sociaux, dossiers de presse);
  • Animer le dispositif de communication multicanal;
  • Réaliser la communication de projets, de manifestations et/ou de dossiers stratégiques, sous la supervision de la Direction et des doyens;
  • Suivre l’évolution et les résultats des actions à l’aide d’outils de webanalytics.

 

Profil :

  • Expérience avérée dans le domaine de 3 à 5 ans;
  • Proactivité et dynamisme;
  • Très bonne capacité rédactionnelle en français avec un très bon niveau d’anglais;
  • Esprit de synthèse notamment pour la communication digitale;
  • Grande aisance dans la gestion des réseaux sociaux;
  • Sens de l’organisation et de l’anticipation, très bonne attention aux détails;
  • Très bonne maitrise de Indesign, Canva et des outils informatiques usuels, maîtrise de WordPress, Photoshop;
  • Connaissance du milieu artistique et culturel, un atout.

 

Titre requis : formation supérieure dans le domaine de l'information et de la communication ou du journalisme (p.ex. SAWI, brevet ou diplôme fédéral ou titre jugé équivalent).

 

Prise de fonction : date à convenir

 

Classe de fonction : classe 14 de l’échelle de traitement de l’Etat de Genève
