Was du bei uns machst:

Für unsere Partnerfirma Sainfort Production AG:

  • Operative Führung der Finanz-, Betriebs-, Lohn- und Anlagebuchhaltung
  • Lohnadministration und HR-Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbewirtschaftung
  • Budgetierung und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR
  • Abrechnung, Einreichung und Verbuchung der MwST-Abrechnungen
  • Versicherungswesen
  • Financial Controlling

Für Promotion-Tools AG:

  • Unterstützung der Finance & HR Abteilung
  • Führung von weiteren (kleineren) Buchhaltungsmandanten unserer Partnerfirmen sowie entsprechende Abschlüsse

 

Wann du zu uns passt:

  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer. Einer für alle, alle für einen - das ist dein und unser Motto
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Finanzwesen und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Deine mündlichen und schriftlichen Deutschkenntnisse sind top
  • Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Du kennst dich mit den Microsoft Office-Anwendungen sehr gut aus (Office 365) und bist ein ausgewiesener Excel Spezialist
  • Du hast eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit, ein sehr sicheres Auftreten, bist teamfähig, selbständig und proaktiv
