Internship Junior Sales

We are looking for someone for the Geneva office with a can-do attitude, who is fluent in English and French; working experience with sensitive information would be a plus.

Internship description

  • Providing general information to clients about our service range
  • Assist the sales department with precious metal trades
  • Assist with the safe deposit box access of our clients
  • Identification of the renter or the person with power of attorney access to the box.
  • Assist with the accounting for the safe deposit box rentals (rental fees payment, termination of contract, change of contract)
  • Assist with business development and marketing, as well as administrative and organizational tasks
  • Creating client files respecting anti monetary laundering policies (AML)

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • You have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude and proactively take initiatives
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Bonus: Russian language
  • Bonus: previous experience with dealing with sensitive information
