Un.e Community Manager ou Digital Strategist

Le CAVE est une entreprise familiale active depuis 40 ans dans le domaine du vin avec 3 pôles : marchand avec notre magasin à Gland, pédagogique avec notre École du Vin (plus de 1000 cours dispensés) et journalistique avec notre propre revue.

 

Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons

 

              Un.e Community Manager ou Digital Strategist

 

Votre mission

  • Gestion des réseaux sociaux (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, lancement de TikTok), développer l’esprit communauté et renforcer l’appartenance au Club
  • Faire vivre le fichier client : travailler sur la segmentation du fichier, la mise à jour des intérêts et le garder à jour (changements d’adresses, résiliations, nouveaux membres, etc)
  • Participer à la mise à jour du site internet : photos des bouteilles, changement de vignettes, mise à jour des offres, etc…
  • Aide à la mise en page de nos différentes publications (mensuel avec le Courrier, semestriel avec le Vinifera et annuel avec le Florilège)
  • Communication interne et externe (emailing, relances, …)
  • Participation aux différentes missions de communications (événements, publicité, …) et aux différents projets
  • Présence et aide organisationnelle lors des événements
  • Être ambassadeur des valeurs et de la philosophie du CAVE
  • Rapports et suivi : il est toujours important de garder un œil sur le compteur

Compétences et profil recherché

  • Maîtrise des principaux outils informatiques (Réseaux sociaux, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Capcut, Mailchimp, … )
  • De nature organisée et débrouillarde, à l’orthographe impeccable
  • Proactif et entreprenant(e)
  • Sens esthétique développé avec un goût pour le graphisme
  • Intérêt pour le monde du vin un atout supplémentaire
