Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons un/e:

Reservation/Distribution Manager

Missions principales:

  • Gérer les demandes de réservation et de confirmation dans le système.
  • Former et superviser les agents de réservations.
  • Maintenir les contacts avec les partenaires (OTA, etc.).
  • Mettr en place, piloter et évaluer les campagnes et actions commerciales avec les partenaires (OTA, Agences etc.)
  • Veiller à la mise à jour des prix et des restrictions sur tous les canaux de vente.
  • Créer des rapports de benchmarking, performances GDS, etc.
  • Responsable du « loading » des contrats et des tarifs dans le « central reservation system ».
  • Responsable de l’utilisation et de la formation sur le « customer relationship management ».

Profil recherché:

  • Certification professionnelle (diplôme école hôtelière ou universitaire).
  • Expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel)
  • Maîtrise écrite et orale du français et de l’anglais, langue supplémentaire un atout.
  • Connaissance des PMS disponibles sur le marché, channel manager, extranet OTA’s.
  • Maîtrise Opera ou Opera Cloud et SynXis.

  • Esprit d'équipe avec de fortes aptitudes relationnelles pour atteindre les objectifs communs.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, tant orale qu'écrite.
  • Capacité à élaborer et à fournir des présentations efficaces.
  • Sens de l’organisation, des responsabilités et des priorités.
  • Excellent esprit de synthèse et d’analyse.
  • Sens des priorités, capacité à fixer des obejctifs clairs et transparents (Méthode S.M.A.R.T.).
  • Personnalité de nature précise, rapide, rigoureuse, discrète.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome au sein d'une structure.
