THE POSITIONThese are your key tasks:
- Lead the production of compelling and innovative video content for FIFA's digital marketing campaigns and always on output based on strategic briefs and objectives.
- Ensure video content is produced to the highest quality, meeting FIFA's global standards for digital and social channels as well as internal events.
- Oversee the entire video production lifecycle, from pre-production (conceptualizing, storyboarding) through to post-production (editing, sound design, final delivery).
- Ensure all produced content is publication-ready and fully quality-checked for both internal and external use.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop video content strategies aligned with overall campaign goals, driving engagement across global digital channels.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact content for FIFA's marketing efforts, including global campaigns, promotional events, and internal communications.
- Act as the point of contact for external vendors, agencies, and production partners, ensuring they adhere to FIFA's quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital platforms, technologies, and best practices in video content production and marketing campaigns to keep FIFA at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Lead multiple content production projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Maintain content schedules, allocate resources, and track the progress of campaigns to ensure smooth execution.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital video content production, with a focus on marketing campaigns for global brands or large-scale organizations
- Experience in sports marketing or related industries, with a deep passion for football and an understanding of FIFA's global audience
- Comprehensive understanding of video production, including shooting, directing, post-production workflows, editing, motion graphics, and sound design
- Ability to be directly involved in all aspects of production, from concept to delivery. Must be willing to work hands-on where necessary
- Strong knowledge of the current digital and social media landscape, with experience producing content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more
- Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and measure video-based marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of content marketing strategies that drive audience engagement and reach
- Ability to translate business goals into effective video content strategies, with experience in shaping narratives that resonate with diverse global audiences
- Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous atteion to detail, with experience ensuring content is quality-checked and meets organizational standards before distribution
- Strong storytelling abilities with a deep understanding of how to create engaging, impactful content that connects with FIFA's global audience
- Ability to lead a team of content producers, freelancers, and external vendors to deliver world-class video content
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production or a related field
- Fluent in English; Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset
- Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
- Proficient with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects), and other content production software
- Advanced understanding of SEO and video optimization for digital platforms
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies to streamline production workflows and communication across teams
- Willingness to travel on a frequent basis
