Robotic System Manager (H/F)

Profil demandé :

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en génie mécanique/électrique/logiciel
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion dans un périmètre similaire
  • Expérience dans l'industrie de l'automatisation
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets mécatroniques
  • Savoir-faire et expérience dans les tâches administratives de gestion (budgétisation, RH, reporting, SAP, présentations)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et français, allemand = un atout
  • Compétences en matière de constitution d'équipe
  • Orienté vers les résultats et l'action
  • Sens du service, facilité à communiquer avec les parties prenantes
  • Esprit systémique et analytique, axé sur les solutions
  • Attitude de planification et d'organisation agile
  • Orienté vers l'innovation
  • Intérêt pour le monde de l'industrie et des machines de haute technologie, orientées client

Principales responsabilités :

  • Organisation de l'équipe, dotation en personnel, évaluation et évolution
  • Assurer les devis et les études de faisabilité
  • Gérer l'excellence de l'exécution du projet, du concept à l'acceptation finale
  • Assistance sur le terrain de niveau 3 pour les produits du portefeuille
  • Optimisation des processus et des outils pour décrire et prendre en charge les tâches mentionnées ci-dessus
  • Interface avec les autres parties prenantes
  • Propriété produit, définition et priorisation des objectifs de développement et des livrables
  • Coopération scolaire sur des projets R&D identifiés
