REMARKETING SPECIALIST

As
REMARKETING SPECIALIST (100%, m/f/d, hybrid)
you will support all operational processes at LeaseTeq in Switzerland and report directly to the Chief Operations Manager (COO).

• Managing the operational remarketing processes, including offering and pricing
• Managing the processing of incoming lease returns
• Communication with remarketing partners
• Alignment of internal & external processes with remarketing partners
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences for remarketing plans
• Managing the inbound requests and applications from customers
• Support of the customer care team with comprehensive customer support and consulting by phone and e-mail throughout the entire leasing life cycle in the front and back office (contract adjustments, vehicle delivery, terminations or damage reports)

• Are you professionally trained and have several years of experience in business operations?
• Do you have a basic understanding of how leasing works?
• Do you have a good understanding of processes?
• Do you always put the customer first and are you a team player?
• Are you comfortable using tools such as Atlassian/Slack and other emerging technologies?
• Are you a self-starter and solution-oriented person?
• Do you have a talent for communication and are fluent in German, Englishand French?
