Financial Crime Control Officer

Aufgaben

Responsible for monitoring the Bank's risks from a compliance and regulatory perspective with a focus on money laundering, bribery, corruption, fraud, financial crime, terrorist financing, sanctions or embargoes / Conduct investigations of suspicious transactions with transaction filtering systems / Handle inquiries from various stakeholders on money laundering / Monitor sensitive accounts and process blocked accounts / Advise line managers on ethical behavior and proper conduct of their business / Update processes and systems in light of regulatory changes / Contribute to the protection of the bank and its reputation by exercising controls and due diligence / Contribute to ensuring the highest standards of control / Mitigate risk to the bank by preventing the use of products and services for illegal purposes / Responsible for controls to mitigate financial crime with a focus on money laundering or terrorist financing/ Ad hoc project and reporting.

Qualifikation

Degree in economics or law / Advanced training in compliance / Professional experience in a comparable position in fraud or audit / Broad compliance knowledge / Analytical skills / Experience in project management / Fast, precise working style, structured approach / Ability, to grasp complex issues quickly / Strategic thinking with a high level of commitment / Flexible and communicative personality with initiative / High degree of independence in a dynamic environment / Initiative and assertiveness as well as the ability to set priorities / Quality-oriented / Very good communication skills / Willingness to work in a team in an international environment / Confident use of MS Office programs / German and English.
