Für unseren Kunden in Zürich, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n und motivierte:n Data Protection Officer.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufrechthalten des laufenden Betriebs, d.h. sicherstellen von anforderungs- und termingerechten Antworten zu spezifischen Fragen des Datenschutzes
  • Durchführen allfällig notwendiger Überprüfungen, Sensibilisierung und bereits aufgesetzten Schulungen der an den Verarbeitungsvorgängen beteiligten Mitarbeitenden
  • Tätigkeit als Anlaufstelle in Bezug auf Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der Verarbeitung personenbezogenen Daten und der Ausübung entsprechender Rechte
  • Tätigkeit als Anlaufstelle für Datenschutzbehörden und anderen Datenschutzstellen
  • Weiterführen des Inventars der Verarbeitungstätigkeiten
  • Koordination und Dokumentation von allfälligen Datenschutz-Zwischenfällen
  • Prüfung und Beurteilung von extern vorgegebenen Datenschutz-Verträgen (ADVs, TOMs, ..) sowie von Anpassungsvorschlägen/Wünschen von Kunden/Lieferanten an den internen Vertragsvorlagen
  • Begleitung sowie Durchführung von Datenschutzaudits

Ihr Profil:

  • Verständnis für die spezifischen IT- und Telekommunikationsdienstleistungen
  • Sicherheitsmanagement: Kenntnisse über IT-Sicherheitsmassnahmen und -standards
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Verträgen und Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) im Kontext von ICT-Dienstleistungen, insbesondere hinsichtlich der datenschutzrechtlichen Verpflichtungen und Haftungsfragen
  • Kenntnisse über die internationale Datenschutzstandards und -Vorschriften
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
