Aufgaben

Anforderungsmanagement

  • Definition und Spezifikation neuer Funktionen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und Entwicklern.
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus den Geschäftsbereichen.
  • Erstellung von User Stories und technischen Spezifikationen für die Entwicklungsteams.

Koordination der Entwicklung

  • Steuerung und Unterstützung externer Entwicklerteams.
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität, Effizienz und termingerechten Umsetzung der Entwicklungsprojekte.
  • Durchführung von Tests und Abnahmen.

Betrieb und Support

  • Troubleshooting und Koordination der Fehlerbehebung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Support-Team.
  • Unterstützung von Support und Aussendienst bei technischen Fragen und Problemlösungen.

Optimierung & Weiterentwicklung

  • Analyse von Nutzeranforderungen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen.
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Anwendungen und Prozesse..

Laufende Produktbetreuung

  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung bestehender Softwarelösungen.
  • Aufnahme und Umsetzung von Kunden- und Marktanforderungen.
  • Monitoring der Performance und User Experience der Anwendungen.
Qualifikation

Fachliche Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement, in der Softwareentwicklung oder im Produktmanagement.
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten und in agilen Methoden.
  • Technisches Verständnis für moderne Softwarearchitekturen und -technologien.
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen UX/UI, von mobilen Anwendungen sind von Vorteil.

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur Vermittlung zwischen technischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Anforderungen.
