We have an exciting opportunity for a Label Design Specialist (m/f/d) in Switzerland.

Tasks
  • Suggesting label dimensions and study layouts based on country-specific label content.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for inquiries regarding clinical labels from various teams.
  • Coordinating/advising the Operations Planner on label strategies for clinical packaging assignments.
  • Verifying the accuracy and compliance of country-specific label content with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing randomization schedules for clinical trials.
  • Reviewing and approving label batch record documents.
  • Ensuring tasks are completed within set deadlines and promptly escalating issues when necessary.
  • Developing Clinical Labels for primary and secondary packaging projects.
  • Adhering to GMP standards and internal protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum completion of an apprenticeship (Laboratory, Pharmacy, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in clinical supplies packaging/labeling operations.
  • Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOP execution.
  • Structured and proactive working attitude.
  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both German and English (both verbal and written) at a B2 working level required.
