Join us and make an impact Aufgaben Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters Establishing companies for clients Preparing and submitting licensing applications Acting as AML Officer as part of outsourcing mandates Implementing RegTech software for clients Drafting and reviewing policies and delivering training Coordinating with supervisory authorities Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas for our shared success Qualifikation University degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance; a Swiss education is an advantage Relevant professional experience (2+ years) Knowledge of financial market regulation (in particular AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, SRO, CDB20) Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage Committed, energetic, proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management skills Tech affinity and knowledge in the crypto space required Nice to have: In-depth expertise in crypto and fintech Consulting experience or experience in a law firm Start-up experience Benefits Working at JayBee JayBee AG is a growing company based in Zug with a strong focus on DLT, crypto & FinTech.
