Manufacturing Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. This individual will play a key role in implementing, customising, and integrating the O3 platform across manufacturing clients to enhance efficiency, productivity, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing technology, experience with IoT and AI-driven platforms, and a proven track record of successful technology integration projects.

Tasks
  • Facilitate the integration of the O3 Smart Platform with existing ERP, MES, Industrial machines and other operational systems
  • Customise the O3 platform to meet specific client needs and objectives, ensuring a seamless and effective digital transformation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and manufacturing, to ensure successful platform implementation and adoption
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment and functionality of integrated solutions
  • Deliver training and support to users, promoting adoption and optimising platform use
  • Continuously evaluate and optimise the integration processes and workflows for improved efficiency
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for the O3 platform, resolving any integration issues promptly
  • Stay up to date with the latest manufacturing technologies and trends to recommend improvements and enhancements to the O3 platform integration
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in manufacturing technology integration, preferably with exposure to smart manufacturing platforms
  • Strong technical proficiency (PLC Programming Python, API, .NET), with the ability to work effectively with IoT devices, generic ERP/MES systems, and API integrations
  • Familiarity with ERP and MES systems and their integration with manufacturing platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required
  • Open to candidates located anywhere in Europe, with the right to work in Switzerland
  • Prior experience in digital transformation projects within the manufacturing sector is highly beneficial
