Head Municipal Engineering

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Leitung des zehnköpfigen Engineering-Teams und tragen massgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung von Spezialfahrzeugtechnologien und anderen innovativen Lösungen bei. Sie überzeugen durch Führungskompetenz sowie technisches Know-how in den Bereichen Fahrgestell (Chassis), Bremsen, Lenken und Antriebsstrang.

Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Entwicklung eines interdisziplinären Teams im Bereich Spezialfahrzeugbau
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Projekten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
  • Bereitstellung von technischem Fachwissen in den Bereichen Chassis, Antriebsstrang, Bremsen und Lenken
  • Entwicklung von Prototypen und Durchführung von Tests
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Aftersales und QS
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards in der Fahrzeugentwicklung
Qualifikation

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Spezialfahrzeugtechnik (Municipal) oder einer verwandten Disziplin
  • Kombination Führung mit technischen Erfahrungen im Bereich Antriebsstrang und Chassis
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Bereich Spezialfahrzeugtechnik
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Projektleitung und -umsetzung
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)
