jim & jim ist eine digitale Kreativagentur mit Fokus auf Content und Digital Storytelling. Wir sind Teil des «Team Farner», welches die grösste Agenturgruppe in der Schweiz darstellt. Wir entwickeln strategische Marketingkonzepte, setzen Kampagnen um und positionieren Brands und ihre Produkte bei digitalen Zielgruppe bzw. dem «hyperconnected customer». Wir bieten unseren Kunden vom Social Media Konzept bis zur komplexen Rundumbetreuung als Leadagentur eine Full-Service-Leistung. Wir arbeiten u.a. für Brands wie The Coca-Cola Company, Zweifel Chips, Orell Füssli, Flughafen Zürich, Emmi, Swiss Life, Hochschule Luzern, uvm.

AufgabenDu untersützt unser Content Team im Bereich Produktion und Visual Storytelling. Dabei entwickelst du Content und legst selber Hand an bei Video-Drehs und Fotoshootings. Zudem hilfst bei der Planung & Durchführung von Werbe Drehs, sowie deren Post Production. Wir bieten Spielraum, dich kreativ auszuleben, deine Ideen einzubringen und die Kampagnen unserer Kunden mit «outside the box» Inputs anzureichern.
- Postproduktion von Video – und Werbefilmen (Schnitt,
Grading, Animation) - Kreation, Design und Umsetzung von grafischen Kommunikationsmitteln
- Aktive Teilnahme bei Video- und Werbefilm Drehs und Foto
Shootings - Kameraführung und Handling
- Pflege und Vorbereitung von Videoequipment
- Kreation von digitalem Content für unsere Kunden
- Mitarbeit bei der Ideenfindung und Konzeption von Kommunikationsmassnahmen
- Unterstützung des Teams im Visual Storytelling
- Ideenfindung für neuartige, grafische Bildwelten und Elemente
- Du bist ein*e leidenschaftliche*r Creator*in
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Multimedia Productions, Film, Grafik, Gestaltung, o.ä.
- Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit Film- und Fotokameras
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Bereich Film /Marketing/Werbung
sammeln können - Du liebst kreativen Content und bist offen für neuartige
Projekte im NextGen Marketing - Du beherrschst die Adobe Programme im Schlaf (PR, AE, von Vorteil AI, ID, PSD)
- Du interessierst dich für die Organisation von Drehs, deren Umsetzung, sowie die Post Produktion
- Du interessierst dich für digitale Trends und willst kreativ mitwirken
- Du bist überdurchschnittlich gut vertraut mit Online Medien und Social Media
- Du bist strukturiert und organisiert
- Du besitzt gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Top-Brands
- Interessante und herausfordernde Position in einem jungen, dynamischen Team
