As a Marketplace Support Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing our online marketplaces and ensuring smooth data management and reporting. This role involves close coordination with various teams across Europe and the US, supporting sales operations, and handling order processing with precision.

Located in Rolle, our office represents some of the fastest-growing brands in the board sport or snowboarding and footwear industry. Tasks
  • Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage listings, pricing, and promotions on online marketplaces (Amazon Vendor Central). Ensuring product content is accurate and optimized for search.
  • Data Management: Maintain and manage all data using our ERP system (Netsuite). Ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Excel Reporting: Download reports from Amazon Vendor Central and other marketplaces. Perform cross-checks, audits, and data cleanup using advanced Excel functions.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by managing back-office tasks and facilitating communication between sales representatives and retailers.
  • Order Processing: Handle order management through our ERP system (Netsuite), ensuring accurate and timely processing. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
  • Invoicing & Deliveries: Collaborate with the accounting team to manage invoicing and supervise deliveries in coordination with the logistics team and 3PL partners. Ensure timely and accurate shipment tracking and issue resolution.
  • Customer Service & Warranties: Oversee the management and supervision of customer service and warranty processes with our team in Rolle, supervising one employee. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Sales of Outdoor Sports; experience in the Snowboard or Footwear industry is an advantage.
  • You are an Excel guru, proficient in advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, data validation, conditional formatting, and complex formula creation. Managing Macros is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent German and French (speaking & writing) are required;
English is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in order to effectively interact with team members, customer and partners.
  • Personal Interest for Outdoor Sports
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (like Shopify or Prestashop)
  • Strong analytical skills, you have the ability to analyze sales data and marketplace metrics to optimize performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM and digital tools like Elastic, Reamaze, Netsuite and Notion.
  • Experience in managing projets, especially those related to events and logistics.
  • Ability to handle issues with orders, deliveries, and customer complaints autonomously and efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.
  • Affinity for travelling in Switzerland; work during few weekends and supporting high density work during the Winter season.
