Nous recherchons un Senior IT Security Engineer (H/F) pour l'un de nos clients genevois.

Vos missions

Le Senior IT Security Engineer agira comme un lien essentiel entre nos équipes Cloud Hybride et l’équipe Sécurité (CSRC), en veillant à ce que nos standards d’architecture soient parfaitement alignés avec les contrôles et exigences de sécurité (ISO, CIS, etc.). Tandis que les équipes Cloud Hybride gèrent les opérations de sécurité sur divers domaines d’infrastructure (à l’exclusion du Réseau, IAM et EUC), les équipes Sécurité supervisent la gouvernance de la sécurité, la gestion des risques et la conformité.

Ce rĂ´le couvre un large Ă©ventail de technologies, notamment :

- Infrastructure de base (VMware, Commvault, SAN, DFS, etc.).

- Infrastructure de données (SQL Server, MongoDB, MariaDB, etc.).

- Edge Computing et gestion des systèmes d’exploitation (Hyper-V, serveur RHEL, serveur Windows, Citrix).

- Automatisation (Ansible, Terraform, VRA, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).

- Cloud Native (Azure, OpenShift) - bien que ce domaine soit déjà hautement standardisé.

Vos compétences

Main tasks :

- Évaluation et finalisation de la documentation des standards d'architecture :

о Effectuer un examen approfondi de la documentation existante des cinq équipes du Cloud Hybride, en mettant l'accent sur les aspects de sécurité des standards d'architecture.

о Identifier et combler les lacunes dans la documentation en accédant aux différentes plateformes d'infrastructure informatique (VMware, Hyper-V, RHEL, Windows Server, etc.).

о Organiser et animer des ateliers avec les parties prenantes concernées (TECH, Sécurité, et autres) pour finaliser toute documentation manquante.

- Alignement avec les contrôles de sécurité :

о Collaborer avec l'équipe Sécurité (CSRC) pour bien comprendre les contrôles de sécurité existants et leurs attentes.

о Mener un examen complet des contrôles de sécurité liés au périmètre du Cloud Hybride et évaluer leur mise en œuvre.

о Travailler avec les équipes Cloud Hybride et Sécurité pour améliorer les standards d'architecture actuels, en s'assurant de leur alignement avec les contrôles et exigences de sécurité.

о En cas de désalignement entre les standards d'architecture et les contrôles de sécurité, organiser des ateliers avec les parties prenantes pour négocier et mettre en œuvre une solution équilibrée, pouvant impliquer des ajustements des contrôles de sécurité, des standards d'architecture, ou des deux.

о S'assurer que les documents finaux des standards d'architecture reflètent avec précision l'alignement avec les exigences de sécurité.

  • Si vous ĂŞtes shortlistĂ© vous pouvez aller en second entretien avec en gĂ©nĂ©ral le manager du compte client ou bien un autre collaborateur de Enova, soit Ă  distance par TEAMS soit dans nos locaux en face2face.
  • Une fois les premières informations et Ă©tapes passĂ©es nous organisons une rencontrer et/ou un entretien technique avec les Ă©quipes techniques du client
  • Si nous nous projetons ensemble sur une collaboration nous vous prĂ©senterons durant un 3ème entretien, idĂ©alement en physique, le contrat de travail que nous vous proposons.

Durant ce processus, nous communiquerons aussi bien par téléphone que par email et nous pourrions vous inviter également à rencontrer nos équipes dans nos locaux ou bien les équipes de notre client bien entendu.

Pour les postes techniques nous attirons votre attention sur l'importance d'un test technique en ligne pour Ă©valuer votre niveau notamment sur les langages de programmation par exemple.
