We are looking for a Senior Application & Sales Engineer specialized in Motion Control to drive technical sales and application support across the EMEA region. This role requires a strong engineering background in motion control, servo drives, and industrial automation, combined with solid experience in sales or managing key customer projects. Aufgaben Drive Market Development: Actively grow the industrial linear motors market across EMEA as part of a cross-border team. Customer-Facing Applications: Visit key customers to provide hands-on technical support and guidance on direct drive and motion control solutions. Sales Team Coaching: Support and coach internal sales teams on automation technology, enabling them to address major opportunities and expand potential. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Application Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and R&D to improve tools and product offerings. Solution Design: Identify technical requirements and develop tailored application solutions aligned with our product portfolio. Qualifikation Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in control and drive technology and motion control. Strong knowledge of PLC systems, programming environments, and fieldbus communication. Proven experience in a comparable role (e.g., business development, sales, or product management) with solid market understanding in automation. Confident in both technical and commercial conversations with engineers and decision-makers. Experience managing technical projects from concept to implementation. Fluent in English (German is a strong plus; French is a bonus). Strong communication skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel 30–40% within EMEA.
