The Working Student / Intern program is dedicated to find, meet, train and hire the venture capital investors of the future. This is an opportunity for students and recent graduates, no matter of your background and experience, to learn and meet the teams and businesses that will shape our lives during the years to come.

TasksAs a Working Student / Intern, you will:
- Work closely with our investment team (and potentially on your own) in sourcing and meeting innovative and talented teams;
- Conduct analysis and research of multiple sectors and industries to assess potential investment opportunities;
- Proactively develop industry research to find funds & companies opportunities and teams building category winning products in climate tech;
- Support on projects such as reports, presentations and brand-building;
- And have lots of fun
- We like to see proof points of an entrepreneurial mindset / experience;
- Master's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field;
- Strong interest in venture capital, startups, and technology;
- Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must as you will have frequent interactions with GPs, entrepreneurs, experienced operators, and fellow investors;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines;
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative;
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;
- First-hand exposure. From day 1, you will work hand-in-hand with experienced VC team meeting the very best funds and entrepreneurs.
- Training & hands-on experience. Our team has a building mindset and you will be exposed to the entire lifecycle of growing an investment firm (yes, Rosebrook).
The Working Student / Intern program offers a unique combination of first-hand exposure to investing in high-tech, high-impact funds & companies together with company scaling (Rosebrook).
The successful candidate will receive a full-time offer upon completion.
