Zur Unterstützung unseres Application Teams im Bereich Monitoring suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen flexiblen und motivierten System Engineer mit Fokus Monitoring-Automation.

Aufgaben

Du kümmerst dich um sämtliche Belange rund um unser Monitoring System, wo die Fäden unserer Cloudsysteme zusammenlaufen. Die Mischung aus dem Tagesgeschäft und konzeptionellen Arbeiten macht deinen Job äusserst vielfältig und du kannst dein Know-how mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und Eigenverantwortung einbringen. In hektischen Situationen hilft dir deine analytische Denk- und Vorgehensweise sowie die Rolle als aktiver Teamplayer bei der Lösungsfindung.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Du betreibst unsere Monitoring Lösung PRTG und entwickelst sie weiter, indem du die technischen Lösungskonzepte erarbeitest und Standards definierst

  • Automation / Integration von Umsystemen (CMDB, ITSM Tool)

  • Requirements Engineering

  • Templates und Sensoren definieren und ausrollen um Netzwerkkomponenten, Storage, Hypervisor, Windows Server, Linux Server etc. zu überwachen

  • Du stellst die Stabilität und den Lifecycle der Monitoring Lösung und deren Schnittstellen zu den Umsystemen sicher

  • Du unterstützt die technischen Teams sowie unsere Service Manager mit deinem fachlichen Know-How

  • Du offerierst unseren Kunden Monitoring-Lösungskonzepte und realisierst die Projekte

  • Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei Installationen, Betrieb und Optimierung von Monitoring-Systemen

Qualifikation

Kenntnisse über folgende Bereiche setzen wir voraus

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse Windows 2016 Server oder höher
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Scripting (PowerShell)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit WMI, SNMP und APIs
  • Breite Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Linux, Netzwerk, Firewall, Hypervisor und Storage

Diese Qualifikationen sind uns besonders wichtig

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung
  • Du bringst Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Systemen, idealerweise mit PRTG, mit
  • Höhere Informatikausbildung HF/FH von Vorteil
  • Du liebst neue Herausforderungen auch in angrenzenden Fachgebieten
  • Fliessendes Deutsch sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
