Für die Kunden entwickelt und implementiert dieses Unternehmen individuelle, auf Standards basierende, IT-Lösungen zur effizienten Gestaltung von automatisierten Geschäftsprozessen. Dazu pflegt unser Auftraggeber strategische Partnerschaften mit führenden Herstellern und ist unter anderem Huawei Value-Added Partner VAP.

Aufgaben
  • Erstellen und Überführen von Netzwerk Architekturen in den Betrieb (Konzeption, Installation und Integration umfassender Systeme, Implementierung und Inbetriebnahme von Lösungen, Projekt-Koordination und technische Projektleitung, Erstellung von Betriebshandbüchern, Kundenschulungen)
  • Konzeptionelles Arbeiten (Analysen und Health-Checks, Risiko und Infrastruktur-Assessments im IT Bereich sowie Anforderungs-Analysen)
  • Technische Kundenbetreuung (Presales-Aktivitäten, strategische und produktübergreifende Präsentationen & Workshops, Beantwortung von Pflichtenheften, Erstellung von Konzepten und Input für Angebote)
  • Kundensupport (1st und 2nd Level Support, Organisation von 3rd Level Support mit dem Hersteller)
Qualifikation
  • Sie bringen Erfahrungen im Netzwerk-Umfeld mit, vorzugsweise mit Cisco und/oder Huawei Produkten
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Informatik Ausbildung oder entsprechendes Know-how, sowie einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im System Engineering Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerk
  • Zudem können Sie auf fundierte Kenntnisse im Data Center Umfeld zurückgreifen (Linux / Windows / Virtualisierung)
