**Tasks**
- Planning and management of internal projects and initiatives with growing responsibilities
- Research and analysis for business plans and studies
- Development and optimization of internal processes and tools

**Requirements**:

- Eager to learn and be challenged as a form of mentoring
- First experience in a similar role would be appreciated
- Service and solution-oriented mindset
- Professional English required, any other language is a plus
