Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen motivierten und dynamischen Teamleader Quality Control Analytics (m/w) 80-100%

In dieser vielseitigen und anspruchsvollen Position sind Sie Teil des QC Analytics Teams und verantwortlich für die Freigabenanalyse von pharmazeutischen Fertigprodukten (hauptsächlich von flüssigen und halbfesten Darreichungsformen).

Ihre Aufgaben
- Führung der Mitarbeiter der Gruppe QCA Finished Products
- Organisation, Planung und Koordination von Laboraufträgen (Freigabeprozess, Abklärungen, Validierungen, externe Labors) für QCA in Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen QCA-Gruppenleitern
- GMP-gerechte Überprüfung von Rohdaten und qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten, Durchführung von analytischen Freigaben für Rohstoffe, Halbfabrikate, In-Prozess-Kontrollen und Fertigprodukte
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der GMP-Vorschriften
- Instandhaltung und Sicherstellung der Funktions
- und Leistungsfähigkeit des Labors (Geräteservice, Gerätequalifizierung, Schulungen)
- Überprüfung und Unterstützung bei der Messmittelverwaltung und den Geräteverantwortlichkeiten
- Durchführung von OOS-Prozessen und anderen Abweichungen gemäss Abweichungsmanagement
- Erstellung von SOPs und allgemeinen Prüfvorschriften (APVs)
- Bearbeiten und Auslösen von Change Requests
- Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung, Entwicklung und Validierung von Analysenmethoden

Unsere Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemielaborant oder Fachhochschulabschluss, Fachrichtung Analytik (physikalisch-chemische sowie instrumentelle Analytik GC, HPLC)
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Qualitätskontrolle
- Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HPLC und GC sowie in den gängigen Analysenmethoden und Geräten (Nasschemie, Spektroskopie, weiteren chemischen und physikalischen Tests)
- Erfahrung in den Ph. Eur
- und USP-Vorgaben
- Erfahrung im Bereich Methodentransfer und Methodenvalidierung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in LIMS und SAP
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
