Logistics Operator

You’ll be responsible for the logistics process end to end.

**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Checking logístical documents (e.g. BoM, etc.)
- Arrangements and planning of logistics for the benefit of the Ersa mob Komm project.
- Support with the organization and administration of suppliers.
- Discuss with material providers, ensure the logistics for each delivery and communicate easily and transparently with all involved parties.
- Ensure Delivery of materials on time for the production line.
- Organize the material situation so that all orders are completed and delivered to the supply line.
- Update all parties involved in case delivery schedule changes etc.
- Ensure all the equipment is up to standards and installed.
- Manage long-term goals of the project, and production cycle and ensure there are no delays in the production line.
- Support for the establishment of an MKZ.

**Targeted Qualifications**:

- Mandatory -, Ideally Swiss German dialect, Experience with Multi-Vendor Internal Providers, Logistics Experience, Production Line experience, Material Management experience.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience with Material Management.
- Experience with Manufacturing and Production equipment.
