**Experienced and business driven Junior EA/PA for UHNW Client in Gstaad - Start ASAP**

**A Ultra High Network Client is looking for a junior assistant to support their head personal assistant with the client’s busy commitments and lifestyles.**

The role is a full-time position based in Switzerland, Gstaad successfully co-ordinating and working as a team in their family office. If necessary, the client is willing to assist with accommodation by providing a local studio or similar.

The client is looking for someone who is business savvy, forward-thinking, has an interest level in the arts and the literary world, and is able to engage with clients whilst being a sounding board for ideas.

You will be reporting into the head PA directly and helping with all admin, organisation and logístical elements of his role.

Some of the mentioned requirements are as follows:
- Work closely with the client’s head PA
- Proactive and autonomous, self-starter, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assist with project management, support accounting and travel agents
- Highly meticulous and detail-oriented, problem solver
- Digital proficient, with a passion for implementing technology to increase efficiency
- Innovative, optimism, and integrity
- Comfort working with executive staff, VIPs, and celebrity guests
- Highly organised and strong ability to multi task
- Skilled intact, diplomacy and vitally discretion and confidentiality throughout
