We are a lean team with a flat organisation. You will report to the Finance Lead and will work closely with the finance and operations teams in Zug.

**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting and Controlling**
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Booking and reconciliation of bank accounts, portfolios, and crypto transactions
- Prepare, reconcile and file VAT returns (e.g. Swiss)
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Coordinate with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to relevant laws and standards
- Help with audits and tax preparation
- Partaking in financial process improvements
- Oversee accounts payables and receivables (fiat and crypto-currencies)

**Treasury and Asset Management**
- Assist in managing liquidity and cash buffers
- Support the lead in projects related to treasury operations Support the lead in projects related to treasury operations
- Assist_ Treasury and Asset Management_ function in ad hoc tasks

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably in crypto or tech industries
- Apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung) and/or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with Swiss accounting and auditing standards
- Proficiency in MS and/or Google work tools
- Self determined, problem solver and innovative
- Result orientated with a high attention to detail and dedication towards quality and improvement
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.

A Plus
- Previous experience with Abacus or similar accounting tools
- Previous experience in project management
- Familiarity and/or experience with handling crypto wallets, payments and transactions
- A strong interest in the Web 3.0 movement, blockchain and other decentralized technologies
