Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir zwei (Junior) Venture Architects:
Aufgaben

Als (Junior) Venture Architect unterstützt du die Business Building Manager: innen und die Venture Architects des Teams von der ersten Idee, übers Prototyping und die evidenzbasierte Validierung bis hin zum erfolgreich skalierten Geschäftsmodell. Dabei entwickelst du nachhaltige operative Konzepte mit, definierst Produktanforderungen und -angebote, Go-to-Market-Strategien sowie Pricing
- und Operations-Strukturen, die für die Einführung von neuen Produkten, Services und Geschäftsmodellen erforderlich sind. Klingt abwechslungsreich und interessant? Das ist es auch - garantiert.

Qualifikation

Wir suchen dich, wenn du
- den unternehmerischen Spirit in dir hast und voller Tatendrang bist
- dein Studium mit überdurchschnittlichen Noten abgeschlossen hast (idealerweise BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder Ähnliches) und genau jetzt etwas bewegen möchtest
- über eine Hands-on-Mentalität und eine gute Portion Humor verfügst
- es liebst, täglich in einem dynamischen Umfeld dazuzulernen und dich aktiv mit neuen Ideen und Eigeninitiative einbringst
- es schätzt, dass wir dich auf deinem weiteren Weg unterstützen und in dich investieren
- die Person in deinem Freundeskreis bist, die neue (digitale) Geschäftsmodelle entdeckt
- vertraut bist mit den neusten Tools. Und damit meinen wir nicht nur Slack, Confluence oder Figma
- strategisch denkst, kreativ und lösungsorientiert bist
- erste Erfahrungen gemacht hast in einem Startup oder in einer Unternehmensberatung (von Vorteil)
