- ELIGIBILITY TO THE VIE PROGRAM:

- The VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sustainability graduate trainee to work closely with our Head of Sustainability, Sales & Marketing, to develop new programs and activities, manage the key deliverables, develop content to be shared internally and externally, and some administrative support. You will work on day-to-day tasks as well engage in strategic projects to drive our sustainability agenda, while developing a concrete view on how sustainability operates and adds value to the business.
- As a Sustainability graduate trainee, we count on you to achieve the following tasks:

- Support Sustainability Head in the delivery of key content and deliverables
- Prepare Sustainability content and messages, and sharing to the adapted audience via different media
- Contribute on sales & marketing sustainability projects, being an interface with multiple stakeholders at corporate, region and local level
- Provide support on some administrative tasks

**Profile**:

- We are looking for a graduate student with the following requirements:

- A Master’s degree in Sustainability or related Area
- Relevant internships and/or other practical experience; no more than 2-3 years of previous work experience
- Intercultural experience gained during studies or internships
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, autonomous, with ability to set priorities and ready to take on challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to different audiences and situations
- Motivation to constantly learn and develop knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly in Excel + Powerpoint). Appetite to learn new tools like PowerBI, MS Teams, etc.
- Fluent in English, other European language (French, Italian, German, etc) is a plus
