Retail Warehouse Lead

**Amentum** is seeking a **Retail Warehouse Lead** to support the Atlantic Underwater Test & Evaluation Center (AUTEC) contract on **Andros Island, Bahamas**. This position oversees the efficient operation of the retail store warehouse, managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of food products by overseeing a team, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring proper product handling, and complying with food safety regulations all while optimizing space utilization and productivity to meet customer demand. **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Receives deliveries, manage stock rotation and coordinate outbound shipments.
- Maintain a safe work environment within the warehouse.
- Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility.
- Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material, inventory or supplies.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to understand and navigate warehouse processes.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong leadership skills.to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Must have excellent communication skills to lead a team and to interact with management.
- Possess strong customer service skills to resolve warehouse issues.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively to warehouse manager and sales floor.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- ** Must be able to reside in remote location with limited medical facilities.**
- ** A valid U.S. passport and driver’s license are required.**
- ** Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of inventory control.
- One year of experience in retail grocery store.
