**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfahrener Bauingenieur: Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Baupraxis sowie in der Leitung von Teams.
- Projektexperte: Die Bearbeitung und Leitung komplexer Bauprojekte gehört zu Ihren Stärken. Sie haben bereits erfolgreich grosse Projekte gesteuert.
- Führungskompetenz und Motivation: Sie sind eine charismatische Führungskraft, die Teams inspiriert, Verantwortung übernimmt und Veränderungen aktiv vorantreibt.
- Kundenorientiert und unternehmerisch denkend: Sie verstehen es, die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Kunden zu erkennen und innovative, wirtschaftliche Lösungen zu entwickeln.
- Entscheidungsfreudig und analytisch: Komplexe Sachverhalte verstehen Sie schnell und treffen durchdachte Entscheidungen mit Weitblick.
- Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit: Sie handeln selbstständig, arbeiten strukturiert und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick.
- Technische Affinität: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CAD-Anwendungen ist für Sie selbstverständlich.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Engineering-Teams. Sie verantworten die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung und fördern ein motivierendes und leistungsstarkes Arbeitsklima.
- Technische Projektverantwortung: Sie steuern die Angebots
- und Auftragsbearbeitung und stellen sicher, dass Projekte effizient und erfolgreich abgewickelt werden - vom ersten Entwurf bis zur Fertigstellung.
- Lösungsorientierte Kundenberatung: Sie analysieren die technischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden und entwickeln massgeschneiderte, innovative Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb.
- Optimierung technischer Prozesse: Sie treiben die Weiterentwicklung technischen Standards, Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe voran, um maximale Effizienz und Qualität sicherzustellen.
- Innovationsförderung: Sie erkennen zukünftige Markttrends und setzen Impulse für neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
