**About the position**
**Responsibilities**
- Support the validation of therapeutic targets through a wide array of experimental procedures
- Execute experiments, perform analysis and write protocols and reports
- Participate in daily laboratory management
- Communicate results to the team and the team lead on weekly basis.
- Maintain an updated notebook of performed studies
**Requirements**:
- CFC/BSc/MSc degree in Biology/Molecular Biology /Cell Biology (or equivalent).
- Minimum of two years of experience in an academic or industry laboratory setting.
- Having strong wet-lab experience is a must. Extensive hands-on experience in designing, performing, and analysing a wide array of molecular and cellular biology assays including mammalian cell culture, primary cell isolation from rodents/human tissues, RNA isolation from cultured cells and tissues, qRT-PCR, NGS library preparation (preferred), transfection and transduction techniques (e.g. siRNA, plasmid/virus-based). Experience in RNA-centric approaches such as RNA-IP is preferred. The position is 90% wet lab-based with 10% experimental analysis and design.
- Willingness to master new techniques is critical.
