Our client is an INGO platform which advocates for Responsible GenAI by providing guidance on Generative AI Safety Procedures to corporations, governments, foundations and intergovernmental organisations. For their newly established office in Geneva, AP Executive have been exclusively retained to recruit a Secretary-General for our new client.

The role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of what will be a fast-growing INGO. Implementing strategies and programs, managing staff, and ensuring that the organisation's goals are being met. You will work closely with the founder and advise a board of directors. The main duties of the role are also to be responsible for the fundraising efforts and external relations within Switzerland and globally. French and English written and spoken is a must, another European language would be beneficial.

Applicants already based in Switzerland will be preferred for this role, we can however consider applicants who have international experience and a network.
