Export Coordinator

**Tasks**:

- Execute Customer Orders in SAP
- Prepare Delivery Notes and Shipments for Pick&Pack in our Warehouse
- Ensure Customer Backorder-Handling
- Create all relevant Export Documentation (e-dec Customs-Declaration, Customs-Invoices and Packing-Lists, Transport-Orders, Certificate of Origins, etc.)
- Send Dispatch-Advises to our global Distributors and Subsidiaries
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and functions to ensure proper and compliant Global Transports ex HQ Basel and Cross-Trade (Integrators, Air-, Road
- and sometimes Sea-Freight)
- Airfreight Handling as a Known Consignor (character reference required)
- Coordinate Customer Reverse Management

**Profile**:

- Basic commercial training (advantageous in a freight forwarding company)
- Further training in export (export specialist or forwarding specialist)
- 3-5 years of professional experience as export clerk (e-dec export, certification of invoices & certificates of origin)
- Very good skills in
- SAP R/3 (SAP key user, SD and MM modules)
- Microcoft Office Excel
- Experience with
- Crosstrade transactions (in our case Drop-Shipments)
- Shipping as a Known Consignor
- Shipping of Dangerous Goods (ADR/DGR)
- Very good English and German skills (spoken and written), any other language like French, Spanish is an asset
- Sensitive to our customers needs to develop trustful and sustainable relationships, both internally and externally
- As a collaborative team player you enjoy working in a diverse team of various backgrounds
- You can work under time pressure (prioritizing is key) and communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
- You are an active, energetic and decisive person, who feels comfortable to work in a dynamic and agile environment to strive for true impact through progress as speed matters in our business
- Being a performance driven self-starter, you have a “can-do” attitude to develop things autonomously by using your previous experience
