**Change Manager**
EMEA
The Change Manager will play a key role in our success through focusing on vision realization
and end-user adoption. This person will focus on the people side of change during digital
transformation by partnering with executives and key stakeholders to envision intended future
state, understand current state, and mitigate impacts in business processes, systems and
technology, job roles, and mindset shifts. The primary responsibility will be creating and
implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption,
in making order from chaos, and be an effective communicator particularly with executive
audiences.
**What you'll get to do**:

- Change & user adoption - defining the vision, understanding and capturing the impacts,

assessing the readiness and providing the support and coordinate training needed to
help people work differently
- Process re-design - understanding people’s needs, visualizing how they engage with

systems, identifying moments that matter and ensuring changes are being driven,
captured and documented appropriately
- Insights & analysis - measuring the effectiveness of process and providing insight to

deliver the intended changes
- Being an internal change advocate, promoting the People2.0 offering and services as

well as developing the capability within the organization
- Contributing to the development of commercial propositions, processes and

documentation such as SOWs, RFQs, RFPs and ITTs
- Create actionable deliverables for change management
- Building relationships with our stakeholders, shaping and delivering change

management and user adoption solutions that are aligned to business need
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation and resistance management tactics
- Evaluate individual, group, and company-wide progress of defined success criteria and

adoption metrics
- Ability to perform as an individual contributor and/or as a player coach
- Support the sales process
- “Just Do It” improvements
- Lean Implementation projects

**Skills and experience we value**:

- Experience with a Cultural Change, Organizational Development and Engagement

specialism
- Experience of leading change management activities for technology implementations

and supporting the re-design and delivery of Corporate Services Functions (e.g. HR,
Finance, Payroll, etc.)
- Implementing improvements in tools and/or processes
- Fit for purpose and commercially viable solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and

manage customer expectations. You will know when to push back, when to escalate,
and when to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer
- Strong communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact,

credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation. Sound ability to formally
present to senior Client audiences
- Strong commercial awareness and full understanding of project and business dynamics,

with experience of delivering a project on time and in budget
- Commercial understanding of utilization within a services organization and the

importance of these targets
- Broad business and technology understanding and a good awareness of industry

trends in either Human Resource management, Resource Planning or Payroll
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a

balanced view of all stakeholder demands
- Strong consulting skills in presenting and leading workshops, and demonstrating

explaining complex functionality or solutions
- Willing and able to act as a role model within the capability and mentor and/or line

manage more junior individuals
- Evidence of supporting significant Transformational Change Programs
- Possible occasional to travel (occasional international travel may also be required)
