**Process Manager Global Planning 80-100% (f/m/d)**

**You are going to take a key role**:

- Globally responsible for execution of global Sales and Operations Planning Process in CEM (Compressor Engineering & Manufacturing)
- Define process and tools for demand planning.
- Analyze and process demands (Material / capacity / etc.)
- Moderate global workload and capacity reviews and report results
- Manage global / cross functional actions related to Sales & Operations Planning
- Collect and control of standard lead times and required service levels to provide guidelines for global material master
- and inventory-management.
- Responsible for quote and order allocation to SYST-plants in-line with defined criteria (e.g. Production Concept, Workload)
- Monthly review of SYST-Quote pipeline (MIS) and workload coordination with global sites
- Report proposed action for monthly review of CEM-operations
- Globally responsible for guidelines, process and training of Material Management and Inventory Management in CEM
- Define guidelines to optimize material availability, turnover and storage cost
- Coordinate implementation and continuous improvement of guidelines with local counterparts in Order Management
- Define process and tools for demand planning.

**Your knowledge, experience and skills**:

- Degree (Bachelor/Master FH/ETH) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or similar
- Experience in Order Management - Project
- and Materials-planning principles
- English, business fluent

**Your personality**
- Good communicational skills with various stakeholders at interfaces
- Good understanding of and experience with MM/PP/PS-Modules in SAP
- Passion for numbers - ability analyze and quantify cost, capacity and demand scenarios
- Lateral leadership skills to empower and mobilize co-workers for common targets across functions
