**FS Risk Consultant**

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced FS Risk Consultant to join our prestigious client, a leading professional services firm. As a FS Risk Consultant, you will play a key role in providing staff augmentation services in Financial Accounting, Group Accounting, Product Control, and Treasury for our esteemed clients in the financial sector.

Location: Zürich
Starting date: Early/mid July 2023
Workload: Full-time (100%)
Engagement duration: Until February 2024
Work arrangement: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert guidance on risk management strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial processes, identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Assist clients in implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Perform risk assessments and create comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide support in the development and execution of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk monitoring and reporting capabilities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to continuously improve risk management practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years of experience in the banking sector, specifically in the areas of Financial Accounting, Group Accounting, Product Control, or Treasury.
- Strong knowledge of banking consulting, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
- Proven experience in a relevant role, showcasing your ability to handle complex risk-related projects.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and assess potential risks accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
